Where is my data stored?
Uploaded and pasted values stay in your server-side session for up to two hours. A project you save remains in the database until you delete it.
What should I avoid uploading?
Do not upload names, patient identifiers, account numbers, or other sensitive personal information. ModelChecks is not a clinical records system.
What usage information is recorded?
Product analytics record actions such as imports, calculations, and project saves. They may include row counts and model type, but never uploaded cell values.
Who handles payments?
Stripe Checkout processes subscriptions. ModelChecks does not receive or store full card details.
What can I delete or export?
You can export an analysis file, undo observation deletions, and delete saved projects from your project workspace.
